1. Shipping Regions

We currently deliver to: Slovakia and Czechia.

2. Processing Times

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Times & Costs

- Standard delivery within Slovakia: 2–4 business days.
- Standard delivery to Czechia: 2–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping is provided according to the conditions displayed at checkout.

4. Carriers

We ship with trusted courier and postal services. A tracking number will be provided where available. For pickup-point delivery, you must select a specific pickup point after payment on the Thank You page or Order Status page.

5. Customs & Taxes

All prices include VAT. No additional customs duties apply within the EU.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or non-collection, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional fees.

7. Sustainability

We strive for eco-friendly shipping: recyclable packaging and minimal plastic use.
