- By submitting an order you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
- Products are for personal use only, not for resale.

3. Prices & Payment

- All prices include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are shown before checkout.
- Payments are processed securely via available payment  methods.
- You must ensure sufficient funds and correct payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- We deliver within the EU countries listed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to carriers or customs.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

- EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving any reason.

6. Warranty & Liability

- All products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU law.
- If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
